I am so sorry to our friends and family who check the blog regularly only to see that I haven't updated in ages! Life has been hectic and crazy and I guess I just forgot!
I'll give you a brief rundown of what we've been up to. I went back to work in January, that same week Casey got the stomach flu and graciously shared it with Erik and I so I missed a day my first week of work. Since then Casey has been pretty consistantly sick with a cold, ear infection, fever. One week she's fine, the next she's sick. So we are hoping that we are past all of that and can move on with our lives.
Casey is walking now and really good at it. She says alot of words, this week her favorites are "Uh, Oh," "Happy," "Apple," "Nana(Banana)," and my favorite... "No NO."
She is loving her daycare but looks forward to coming home to see her Daddy each night. I know this because the whole ride home she says "Dada?" "Dada?" "Dada?" It's a never ending cycle but I love every minute of it. Especially when I look back in my rearview mirror to see her blow me a kiss. She's so sweet!
Anyway, that is a quick update. This month Erik and I celebrate 5 years of marriage! Can you believe he put up with me this long? He's a good man!
